The Emerald Eye Rasbora is a beautiful species of Rasbora that originates from the streams and tributaries of Asia. They have an elongated body shape with a prominent dorsal fin. The Emerald Eye Rasbora needs a well-established, densely planted aquarium with plenty of free-swimming space available. This species does well in a community aquarium with other peaceful and similarly sized species.
An omnivore, this Rasbora does well on a diet of prepared flake food, as well as freeze-dried bloodworms and tubifex.
